Word about the Austin Symphonic Band continues to spread throughout the community; the result is that more agencies are contacting us to provide music for their events. This is a win for everyone - providing funds to support the band's operations and good music at a reasonable cost to the agencies hiring us.

The band performed at the opening of the Junior Olympics National Gymnastics Finals in Austin on Thursday, May 4th. ASB Microband director David Cross led the ensemble during the evening's festivities.

The band will also be supplying a large number of the musicians you'll see on stage during the opening two nights of the Austin Musical Theatre's production of The Music Man, starring Larry Gatlin.
