Netscape 4 evidently changes the way some HTML code is treated, apparently conforming more to the HTML standard which discourages the use of attributes within "a" tags. ASB's home page had some of these constructs, which don't seem to cause IE 4, IE 3, or Netscape 2.x/3.x problems. The home page has been reworked to avoid this usage and as a result Netscape 4 users should be able to properly view the site.
