It's a bird, it's a plane ...

... it's the ASB, performing at the new Austin-Bergstrom International Airport!

The City of Austin has invited the Austin Symphonic Band to perform at the initial opening to the public of the new $585 million Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Ceremonies, followed by an open house, will be held the morning of Saturday, April 24th; the band will kick of the celebration at 8:15 AM. Free tickets are required to attend the open house, and are available at local H.E.B. food stores.

Our thanks to the city for honoring us with this invitation. Come out, listen to the band, and get to know your new airport! Guest Conductor Van Henry will lead the ASB as it performs:
